Requirements

• Language: English

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints or address concerns effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with customers.
• Collaborate within a two-person team or convoy while driving.
• Load and unload cargo efficiently.
• Drive trucks, both straight and articulated, to transport materials and goods.
• Supervise vehicle condition, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
• Make brake adjustments as necessary.
• Carry out roadside repairs in emergency situations.
• Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, overseeing all vehicle aspects.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent issues.
• Receive and communicate information to central dispatch.
• Document cargo details, hours of service, distance covered, and fuel consumption.
• Secure cargo with tarping and prioritize safety.
