Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates may have to perform the following tasks:
- Load, unload, and convey construction materials.
- Set up and take down concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
- Blend, pour, and distribute materials.
- Aid heavy equipment operators.
- Support drilling and blasting activities on construction sites.
- Grade earth to precise specifications.
- Organize and stack salvaged materials.
- Clear away rubble and debris from construction sites.
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment utilized in construction.
- Manage traffic flow at or in proximity to construction sites.
