Work Environment

All the workers may have to work in fruit and vegetable combination farming, outdoors, noisy, odours, dusty and hot environment. Workers are offered accommodation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Workers have to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
• Participate in weeding
• Should use fertilizer and spray crops
• Have to harvest crops
• Workers may also have to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Workers should detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry
• Workers may have to examine produce for quality and prepare for market
• Workers have to sort and pack fruits and vegetables
• Workers have to clean the work area
