Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients’ requirements or suitability for particular services
- Create, organize, and execute the provision of distinct services within the community
- Offer intervention during crises and situations involving suicide risk
- Manage and mediate conflict scenarios
- Oversee the actions of residents in group homes and halfway houses
- Execute programs for behavior management
- Coordinate with other social service agencies and healthcare providers working with clients
- Support clients/guests with specific requirements
- Accompany clients to appointments and social excursions
