- Trim, cut, and ready meat into standard cuts.
- Extract bones from meat.
- Segment poultry into individual parts.
- Clean and make ready fish and shellfish.
- Divide fish into steaks and fillets.
- Process meats through grinding.
- Carve cooked meats into slices.
- Fulfill customized orders.
- Form, bind, and secure roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood.
