Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities
- Allocate the necessary material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and programs.
- Sanction and arrange the creation of significant departments and their corresponding senior staff roles.
- Facilitate the synchronization of activities across regions, divisions, or departments.
- Institute controls for finances and administration; devise and endorse promotional campaigns; and provide approval for comprehensive human resources planning.
- Define the organization’s goals and devise or authorize policies and programs.
- Serve as the organization’s representative, or assign delegates to act on its behalf, during negotiations or other formal functions.
