Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to meet work schedules.
- Oversee and coordinate the tasks of food preparation and portioning staff.
- Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate and place orders for necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure food service and maintain quality control standards.
- Handle customers’ complaints or concerns effectively.
- Keep records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Create work schedules for the staff.
