Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Employees have to brush farm collecting
• Employees have to clean harvested crop
• Picking and grading hand harvesting vegetables
• Harvesting seedlings and mixing fertilizer
• Employees have to plant, cultivate, irrigate crops and seed cutting
• Have to pick stone and/or wood from the crop fields
• Vegetable culling and harvest crops
• Candidates have to operate and handle farm machinery and equipment
• Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens
• Examine harvested crops for quality and prepare for market distribution
• Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry
• Clean work area

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• Candidates have to do repetitive tasks
• Most of the works are physically demanding
• Provided tasks are combined of sitting, standing, walking
• Workers may have to stand for extended periods
• Workers may have to bend, crouch, kneeling
• Overtime work also have to be done
